How I work…

I’m a person-centred therapist, and my work is based on meeting you as you are: without pressure to explain everything perfectly or know exactly where to begin. Therapy with me is not about rushing you towards answers, but creating space to notice what feels difficult, confusing, or unresolved at your own pace. I aim to offer a steady, genuine presence so you don’t have to hold everything alone.

I often work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin and while I work with a wide range of experiences including neurodivergence, grief, and trauma. I aim to support the way you process, whether through conversation, creativity, silence, or sensory materials: whatever feels grounding and useful for you.

If this way of working feels like it might work for you… please get in touch, I would love to hear from you.

Getting started…

Living room with two brown leather sofas, a green patterned rug, a fireplace with a white mantel, a green cushion on one sofa, a black floor lamp, a small side table with tissues and other items, and a closed wooden door.

I really want you to find a therapist who feels like a good fit for you, so I offer a free 15‑minute chat over the phone or online. This gives us both a chance to get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.

If you decide you’d like to begin therapy with me, we can arrange a session. Sessions are up to an hour long and cost £50. I also keep a small number of reduced‑fee spaces (£35) for students and people on lower incomes. If this would help make therapy more accessible, please feel free to get in touch and we can talk it through.

I currently have online availability during weekdays, and I offer Saturday sessions which can be online, in person, or by telephone. The therapy room I work from is a five‑minute walk from Glasgow Central Station.

Accessibility If you’re planning to come in person, the building has a few stairs up to the main entrance. My room is on the first floor, and there’s a small lift available. If you have any accessibility needs or adjustments that would help you feel comfortable, just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate them.
